Preparation for homemade cocktail: El Sombrero
ideal El Sombrero cocktail with tequila
Recipe : sugar, orange, papaya, mango, peach, passion fruit, blueberries, safflower, espelette

operation is simple, each cocktail mix is ready to use. heat a glass (shudder) the alcohol of your choice Rum, vodka, tequila, gin and pour it into cocktail preparation to make infuse the mixture. let cool and fill the bottle with the rest of the alcohol, shake the mixture well and leave to macerate for a few days.
suitable for about 60 cl of preparation, the jar can be used twice, just add 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or cane sugar.
Cocktail Preparation:
In a glass pour 1/3 of cocktail mix for 2/3 of sparkling. Possibility to replace the sparkling with sparkling water, lemonade, orange juice or drink the preparation neat with ice cubes.
