
Preparation for sangria: Barley sugar
Discover our preparation for sangria which makes about 2 liters of sangria.

Preparation of sangria
Choose the wine of your choice (White, rosé, Red).
Infuse the mixture for 2 minutes over low heat with half a bottle of your wine and leave to cool. Then pour the rest of your wine, you can add some fresh orange, lemon or other fruit.
For a stronger sangria add a glass of strong alcohol (rum, vodka, tequila, gin....)
pour your preparation into a large jar or pitcher, cover and put in the refrigerator overnight for maceration
filter and serve very chilled, keep 7 days in the fridge
to consume with moderation.
