Capacity 1 liter
Make your arranged rum:
Provide a liter of white rum type HSE, Trois Rivières, Charrette in 50° or 40° according to your taste.
Heat a large glass of alcohol (simmer) in a saucepan, then pour into the bottle of preparation for infuse the mixture , put the cap without screwing and let cool. Then fill the bottle with the rest of the rum, close it well and shake the bottle well to dissolve the sugar. put the fabric and the decorative tape back around the stopper.
Let macerate for at least 1 month at room temperature, do not hesitate to shake the bottle from time to time.
serve very chilled, consume in moderation
To make a Punch:
put in your glass 1/3 of the prepared alcohol and 2/3 of orange or other juice by adding some fruit from your bottle.
